Story of Vivekananda House at Iowa State University

Vivekananda House, the first of its kind in the United States of America, started at Iowa State University in a rented space on September 11, 2018, which was inaugurated by Niveditaji Bhide, All India Vice President of Vivekananda, Kanya Kumari, and after a year, it moved into a permanent house.  This was the beginning of creating Hindu Students Centers on all major campuses in the United States that will become a central place for Hindu Spiritual Guidance, learning about Hindu Dharma, practicing Hindu Dharma, and service-oriented activities on the Campus and beyond.
